Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc.

The decision to hire Joyce as our listing agent was one of the best weve ever made. She proved to do everything she promised, and more, to sell our home. She supported and educated us during the entire process, with excellent communication skills and resources. If you hire her, you can be confident she will give her all and do her best to meet your needs.

Georgina presented multiple offerors who were suitable for purchasing my distressed property. Since I planned to sell the property in aEURoeAS-ISaEUR? condition, after clearing it out, investors were the primary, suitable buyers for the property. Georgina presented multiple offers in short order, one of whom eventually purchased the property.

Georgina was helpful in negotiations and patient throughout the buying process. She ensured that I found a home that I loved. Georgina was effectively communicated with the sellers agent to ensure everything went smoothly. Additionally, she also provided valuable insights into the key factors to consider when buying a home.

Joyce E. Stewart was referred to us by a family friend. From day one, she's professional, detailed, and committed to her work. You can tell she loves her work, and that she is an expert at this. Her personality, energy, and intergrity are things we needed with us while searching for a home in the Suffolk county, LI housing market! She has a great team of contractors that she was able to refer for regular inspections and structural engineer inspections. Her referred loan officer and law office were great to work with too. Everyone made the process seamless. We started the process in October 2025 and closed in April 2026. Thanks to Joyce, after viewing about 20 homes, making 4 offers, and going into contract 2x- we were able to find our perfect home! We both highly recommend Ms. Joyce E. Stewart as a realtor and we are also looking forward to having her help us with out interior design needs.

Selling my home was a big journey, and I'm so thankful to have had Joyce E. Stewart by my side. She was helpful, caring, and so consistent the entire time. She never gave up on me, even when things got tough, and guided me with patience and understanding. I couldnt have done it without her!
