When we drove out there, she wasnt there so we called her and she first claimed that we were calling the wrong person and then went on to say we never confirmed the appointment even though she herself called us twice to confirm. She knew who we were and confirmed her name was Joyce from Zillow. When we insisted it was a 100% her (giving her name and everything) she then went back to saying we have the wrong person and became extremely condescending lol. It was definitely an experience and we have no idea how anyone can say anything good about her based on this. Hate to put her on the spot but its definitely a story to share in case anyone else had a similar experience with her.
