ZillowVERIFIEDUtilizing Sida for the sale of our Queens co-op was an excellent decision. We didnt reside there and were 1 1/2 hours away, but Sida handled everything, marketed it well, and kept us highly informed right up until the sale closed. An excellent experience overall and we thank and highly recommend Sida Z.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Sida when purchasing our co-op apartment. Anybody that has dealt wit co-ops knows just how many hurdles you need to jump through in order to finally seal the deal. We went through the entire process with our first offer until the board finally rejected us. Despite months of wasted time and labor, Sida did not show an ounce of discouragement. She was extremely patient with us, as well as the process, as we saw more properties and went through the entire process again. The reason why I would recommend her services is because she was extremely patient and responsive eventhough our sale commission was low. She showed us properties that met our needs, she never tried to upsell us to make a higher commission, and she was always patient even during times when things werent going smooth (real estate deals arent always rainbows and sunshine.) The reason why I gave her 4 stars is because I dont give 5 stars generally since I believe everyone out there has room for improvement, and if I HAD to find one thing that could have went differently; I wish she had more input on the offer amount. I understand that realtors generally dont suggest offer amounts in case the seller finds a better offer elsewhere and the client ends up losing the deal, but I think I personally would have appreciated more help in that area as a first time buyer. Regardless, her method worked and we sealed the deal and are currently very happy in our current place. Do yourself a favor and give her a call if you are in the market in search of a realtor. She is a true gem and a pleasure to work with. You will be in regular contact with your realtor for a few months so make sure you pick someone who is patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and responsible. She fits the bill perfectly!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first home/co-op buyer I have nothing but the highest praise for Sida Zhauma who by chance met this agent through internet, she has everything, local knowledge, process expertise, responsiveness and negotiation skills, she even helped me fill up the forms which I have zero knowledge, I am going to recommend this agent to everyone who wants to own your dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Sida is amazing, and a profferssional. We were intoduced through a friend and she was adding value from our first chat, finding an apartment in NY is intimidating, and she made it manageable and efficient. Sida lined up a days worth of tours and showed me around the neighborhood in the process. Every stop we made, management knew who she was and begged about her. She kept me informs along the way and kep the process moving. She knows the Jackson heights neighborhood. I would highly recommend Sida.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been in touch with her this year in search of my apartment and found her very helpful, cordial, responsive to any question that I have. I would highly recommend her to any of my friend and others in search of apartment. The best quality of her is that she never force and insist you on buying the apartment that she shows you. She give her whole idea and knowledge in purchase of an apartment and leave final decision to the buyer.
