It was listed on a Friday afternoon and on Monday we had 2 contracts on the property. One was full price and the other was $5000 lower than full price. We were thrilled. Ashlyn was a wonderful realtor!!! So kind and down to earth, and gets the job done! We were searching for something rare in Chapin - when the perfect house hit the market, she had us scheduled for a showing within a few hours.
