ZillowVERIFIED Ashland helped our family find the perfect piece of property for us to build a house on. We were not familiar with buying land so with her knowledge she was able to negotiate in our favor for the seller to pay some of closing and some of the roll back taxes. We were willing to pay full asking price and assumed we would have to pay all of closing and all of the roll back taxes because the research we did said that is normal when buying land. Most realtors would have been more than happy allowing us to pay full asking price and pay for everything because we were willing to but she believed that she could save us a lot of money and still keep the sellers happy. With her advice we had a contract signed within 24 hours. With this market right now getting a contract signed without having to pay full asking price is slim to none so we were extremely happy. We also appreciate Ashlyn being very respectful to the sellers as well. That goes a long way with us because at the end of the day I want everyone to walk away happy with the deal. We have worked with several realtors in the past and overall Ashlyn has been the best by far.

She was able to get us more for our house then we expected and we were planing on putting several thousands into the house before putting it on the market. Because of her knowledge of the area and market she advised not to do the extra work and we sold at full asking price and did not need to spend the money or time fixing it up. What we liked best was she was very easy to work with and was told by other realtors that they liked working with her as well, so we felt that helped getting full asking price with having to do very minimum repairs. We normally do not do reviews but wanted to give credit where credit is due.

The house was beautifully photographed, including a virtual tour. She was responsive and communicated well through the process. We were able to ultimately close well above anyone else in the neighborhood in a tough market (though we definitely had to make price concessions). We also worked hard on making this sale happen and took much of the advice given. We cleared out all clutter and shined everything up for every showing. This relationship is a partnership, and it only works if both partners give their all. No regrets about working with Ashlyn!

We were utilizing a very unique program called that she has never heard of before. But that didn't stop her from doing everything that the program required in order for her to help us get into a home. The whole process was very challenging, and despite me wanting to just quit, she was the voice of reason, and she stuck with us through the entire process. She did everything from negotiate our required earnest money down from a crazy 5% all the way down to 2%, to communicating with 8 different parties on the loan process all the way through closing. We couldn't recommend Ashlyn more for anyone who is looking to purchase a home and get an honest, reliable, friendly and very communicative realtor. Communication was absolutely key in all this, and she was always one step ahead getting us updates. We very highly recommend her for your next home purchase!
