She also gave me some really good connections to the right mortgage company. Kina and I have been on our journey together since February of 2017 (my journey has lasted a tad longer and included an agent that didn't represent my best interests like Kina did) and have shared our ups and downs. My case was a unique challenge: I wanted 3 beds/2 baths but it needed to be a property with a lot of instant equity- which typically means foreclosure. She and I immediately connected through a phone conversation about a listing and began our extensive, and often taxing, search. When I say that I am challenging as a client, I am not saying that lightly. I am a first time homebuyer and lacked the experience of veteran clients.
