From our very first meeting with her, until the last key exchange, Dian exceeded our expectations!After my mother passed away, we decided it was time to sell my parents home and move my father closer to family. We needed help selling his home down south, as well as purchasing a new home up north. Throughout this process we had a aEURoecommitteeaEUR? of family members that were involved in the decision-making for each of these transactions, making the experience more dynamic and difficult for an agent. Dian was kind and helpful with everyone involved. Dian listened to our needs and worked with our family to come up with a plan and a timeline for meeting our goals. Her great understanding of the current market was so important, and she used that knowledge to formulate our plan for selling. She guided us through the process with ease and was there for us every step of the way. Communication is such an important part of the experience, and with so many family members to keep in the loop, Dian did an amazing job at communicating.
