Century 21 Metrowest

Very professional. we were pleased other the sale and the closing process.

We sold our home in Massachusetts to move to Florida.I cant speak highly enough of Lisa as our real estate agent. From the first time I reached out to her, she answered immediately and from there on out she was very responsive. She is a true professional that is detail oriented, honest, knowledgeable, and personable. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind as sellers. She explained the market and quantified the selling price based on market data getting us the best possible sale price. She even provided us with realtor and finance contacts in Miami which has helped immensely in the search for our forever-home here, something she didnt have to do! She truly felt like a partner is selling our home! We would highly recommend her for any real estate sell or purchase.

Lisa truly cares about her clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. Even after closing she has been there for us to answer questions and help negotiate loose ends. We chose to buy during an unprecedented seller's market and it was a tough search, but Lisa never gave up hope and that helped get us through the tough times!

I had never sold a house and Shauna guided me thru the entire process. Her experience and calm presence made a potentially difficult situation easy. She has been in the business for a many years and her contact list is impressive. She will assist sellers in any way she can; answering phone calls, promoting the property and getting you ready for the open house. Shauna is honest and up front, so there are no surprises. Do not hesitate to hire her !

Lisa was a fantastic agent and resource during our house hunt. She is very familiar with the area and was extremely helpful as we had a fairly large geographic area we were looking in. With how quickly we needed to put multiple offers in each weekend, she was always on time and easily available when we had questions or wanted to make changes to an offer. We never would have gotten our dream home without her help and we highly reccommend her!
