I had never sold a house and Shauna guided me thru the entire process. Her experience and calm presence made a potentially difficult situation easy. She has been in the business for a many years and her contact list is impressive. She will assist sellers in any way she can; answering phone calls, promoting the property and getting you ready for the open house. Shauna is honest and up front, so there are no surprises. Do not hesitate to hire her !

Shauna is amazing. We first met her when she rented us our first place when we moved to Massachusetts. Then when we were house hunting for our first place with a different agent we were struggling, until Shauna reached out out of the blue asking if we were interested in a house she had coming up on the market that she thought would be a good fit for us- we ended up buying it and loving it. Then we used her to sell our place a few years later and find a new home, and she was awesome every step of the way. She sold our house in a few days, and helped us buy a house that wasn't even on the market. Even with hiccups along the way, Shauna was always there making sure everything was going according to plan. You can't find a better realtor!

Shauna worked with me for months to prepare and sell my parents' home. Her response to issues was immediate and appropriate. She is an excellent listener, took into account our needs, expertly negotiated roadblocks, gave many recommendations for third party help and always showed outstanding judgement. My family will always be grateful to her. I can unequivocally recommend her services.

Shauna is an exceptional real estate agent. We bought during an overwhelming sellers market characterized by fast-paced sales, high demand, and final sale prices that went well over asking. As first time home buyers, she was very reassuring and clear at explaining the whole process. She is smart, knows how to price homes in a challenging market, and knows what to be leery of in a house. She has a keen eye to spot potential faults. We joked about how she always runs to the basement (her favorite place) to check all the aEURoegutsaEUR? first. She does her due diligence to protect her clients interests, and fully appreciates the immense trust placed in her.The real feat she accomplished was negotiating the sale on our beautiful future house despite being significantly outbid by a competing offer. She knew how to pull strings and make the offer look more appealing to the seller. She troubleshot our way through this sale (that included a delayed closing with an uncertain timeframe on the sellers side) by coming up with many clever contingency plans to insure we could get in the house in a timely fashion that also was in our best interest. She looked out for us 100% of the time and we are glad we had her on our side of the table.Lastly, Shauna is responsive to texts at all hours of the day, has a good sense of humor, is upbeat and maintains a positive attitude. Yet, she doesnt let emotion cloud her judgment and remains realistic and honest with feedback. We would recommend her in a heartbeat.

My FiancA(C) and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Shauna. She went above and beyond all of our expectations and helped us find the perfect home at the right price. Throughout the entire experience she was energetic, dedicated, and always kept in mind our best interest. We even made the purchase while out of state, and she made the experience as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend Shauna and am excited to work with her again for any future purchases!

We worked with Shauna to sell our home of 13 years in Marlborough, and she was an absolute delight to work with. Shauna knows the market well and partnered with us throughout the entire process. My wife and I have pretty crazy travel schedules for work, and Shauna was super flexible with her time, meeting us on nights and weekends and trading text messages at all hours. She even helped us sell some of our furniture! Selling one's home can be an emotional and disruptive time, but Shauna actually made it FUN. The worst part of OUR experience was saying goodbye to Shauna. We highly recommend her and would work with her again in a heartbeat! -E

Shauna Oliveri was my real estate listing agent when I sold my home in Southborough, MA. After living in it for 25 years and raising my two children, it was a very emotional experience. Shauna was highly professional and I can not say enough about the exceptional job she did in guiding us through the entire process. Our house sold in two weeks and she brought in the buyer. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

I had an awesome experience having Shauna Oliveri as my realtor. She was a recommendation from a friend that rides with her at a local barn. Not only was I able to find the right house, I was able to get it for the price I wanted beacuse Shauna was able to negotiate it down thousands to were it needed to be. I am pleased to say despite the endless paper work there was no nightmare problems that you so often here of because I got all the right information.

Shauna recently listed and sold my home of 30 years. She was sensitive to my needs and my feelings. Shauna went way above the norm in assisting me with determining what needed to be done/fixed and finding the resources to accomplish the tasks. She was positive, upbeat, professional, but most importantly she listened to me and worked in "my" comfort zone.I have no negitives or needs improvement for Shauna. She gets an A+.Carla Wright

Shauna is a sharp and smart woman who has a thorough understanding of the real estate market whether you are selling, buying or renting. She constantly is taking related courses to keep apprised of any changes in the industry. She has her client's interest as a top priority and will go the extra mile to identify and satisfy those needs and wants. She is quick to provide all paperwork, complete in answering all questions and competent in dealing with all related business personnel (lawyers, town officials, contractors etc). She also has the advantage of knowing the local area extremely well, as she has lived here all her life.My personal dealings included selling a rental property, which she sold within three months. Shauna was required to deal with an existing grumpy tenant, technical issues with the assessors office, lawyers who were dragging their tales and a buyer who required much negotiation. All was handled with the up-most professionalism and done in a successful way.

I have worked with many realtors in the past however, none compare to Shauna. Her knowledge, drive and customer service go above any realtor I have worked with. Give her a chance and she'll impress you too.
