Within one hour of the posting of our house for sale, we had four requests for a showing. The first showing resulted in an offer for more than the asking price! The amount of paperwork that follows the offer can be a nightmare. John and his staff sent us a timeline of upcoming paperwork that needed to be addressed, when it was due and an explanation of how to do it. Any questions that we had, were answered on a timely basis. We would highly recommend John Miller and his staff!

I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. John is AMAZING, and I do not use that term cavalierly. He is an expert on evaluating a house, determining a price, and marketing it. There is so much more to being a listing agent than putting some pictures on MLS. John hired an expert photographer, and an excellent videographer to put together a magnificent video mated with a professional narration. He has the financial resources to do this, if the house warrants it. Most agents just don't have the resources to do this and thus put up some pictures taken with a smartphone. John knows how to optimize a showing. He knows how to leverage the power of the internet. He is not some rookie selling a house or two here and there. There are thousands of Keller Williams agents in New England. John is #5 in sales. I will bet by the end of the year he will be #1. John has an outstanding team behind him. His office staff is exceptional. And no matter how busy John is, he will always return your calls, 24/7. We found Johns team through the Dave Ramsey network list. John and his team walked us through the process and relieved a lot of stress and confusion. They found a buyer in short order and moved our short sale quickly and efficiently. The previous realtor could not find any interested buyers after 3 months. John and his expert team found the right buyer within 3 weeks. The John Miller team handled the entire process that included all communications with buyer, bank, and legal teams. Wells Fargo had not been cooperative at all, and we dont recommend Wells Fargo as a lending institution. He does just the selling/negotiating part, he has someone doing just the paperwork, marketing part, and someone else working with buyers. This was a great plan! We received several emails weekly updating us on everything going on with the house. John obviously dedicated his time to negotiating the best offer for us and everything went very smoothly.
