Carolina Mountain Sales

Luda was amazing in helping me purchase my first home! I came in knowing almost nothing about the homebuying process with a broad set of (sometimes out of the ordinary) goals and wants. Luda was professional and patient and made the experience as easy as possible and made sure I was fully informed throughout. After touring some homes, she helped guide me to a decision that I feel fantastic about. Throughout the due diligence and inspection process post offer, she and her team diligently made sure I got the most out of the experience and that the seller fulfilled all their obligations. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed and I really feel like Luda had my best interests at heart throughout the entire experience!

I had a wonderful experience selling my condo. June made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She gave great advice on pricing, handled all the details professionally, and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated her responsiveness and support throughout the process and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

June was a pleasure to work with and helped us find a lovely new home. She was patient, kind and very responsive as we navigated this complicated process. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Luda was so professional and amazingly helpful. She is a powerful negotiator and provided us with great leadership throughout the process! I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking for representation for real estate.

Luda is an exceptional real-estate professional. She helped us sell a house in Asheville during a down market. She is extremely professional and provides a ton of research about the area and your home. She knows exactly what potential buyers are looking for, and her choices with professional partners (stagers, contractors, inspectors) are worth every penny. She knows how to connect you home with the right buyer.
