Luda was always there for us and provided all the information we needed as well as some emotional support to through the emotional rollercoaster that is buying a house. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, I was very high maintenance and Luda delivered. I needed someone to thoroughly and patiently explain buying process. Luda was just that. I went through a referral program and talked with 3 realtors in Asheville before Luda. When we connected, we had an hour and a half chat over the phone. On that call we went over houses, buying parameters, renting, the lending process, etc. She was not pushy with buyers agreements or timeframes. I felt very comfortable and decided that we were a good fit. During the viewing process, she was able to come back with lots of information of the area, build, and faults of the houses. During the negotiation process she was assertive but not aggressive. Because of that she was not pushy with me but good at negotiating with the seller. The attorney and inspectors that she recommended were top notch. Everything was done on time with Luda and her team. I closed on the house with no issues. Overall I was very happy and highly recommend Luda to others.

She always had, or quickly found, answers to all our questions. She brought our attention to key considerations we would have to make as buyers that we otherwise would have discovered much later in the process.When it came to making a bid, Ludas instincts were right on the mark. She helped us win our multiple-bid situation. Left to my own devices I would have made a higher offer. We actually came in under the appraisal price.She was available when we needed her. She squeezed in a showing for the end of the day - said it was a 15 minute slot, though she spent more time with us. Thats the house we wound up buying, and we would not have gotten a chance to put an offer in if Luda had not been so accommodating.She was not only responsive, but proactive in getting us in contact with contractors, and in following up with the seller and other parties in the sale. ZillowVERIFIED I do not have enough good things to say about our experience with Luda as our realtor. Right off the bat she was available to show us a home we randomly saw online, meeting us the next day. Rather than going straight into the house, Luda took the time to first walk us around the home and property, explaining to us what she was looking for and why. When we went inside, Luda explained the benefits and some possible points to watch out for as home owners and things we should consider if we decided to put an offer in. Luda did research on the neighborhood to aid in the offer we made and was very candid and honest when we asked her opinion (on any matter regarding the property). Her communication was prompt and she was proactive and urgent, especially under a tight time frame. We were so impressed with her resolve to stand up for us as her clients when negotiating and so appreciative of the partners she recommended for various services (survey, inspection, etc.), making us feel like we were working with the best (in which we truly were b/c every partner she brought on board was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy). While there was very little Luda didnt know, she made sure to take note of questions she didnt have answers for right away and followed up as soon as she got them. As a first time home buyer, it felt like we had a lot of hurdles and obstacles to overcome to close the deal and Luda was positive and so supportive the entire time.
