I would recommend Danny Dietl and BRIX Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. They are hands down the best realtors in town. Danny and BRIX helped my husband and me find our first home in a difficult market, and they made us feel confident and taken care of all along the way (even though we are complete dingbats and newbies to the process!).Like many, this was the biggest financial decision we have ever made and Danny was truly there for us. We felt so much trust in him and all of the folks at BRIX. They are the smartest out there and have such an incredible knowledge of the market, but one of my favorite things about BRIX is the INTEGRITY that is just a part of who they are.We are forever thankful to Danny. My husband and I decided to sell and purchase a home in a seller's market. This was our first time selling a home and 2nd time purchasing one. Due to COVID, we were anxious to be having a home on the market. Luckily Jessica took everything in stride and we were able to vacate our home for a long weekend while we had the photos taken and showed our home. We had over 55 showings and 9 offers, all over asking, within 3 days. Jessica helped us sift through the offers. When our first offer fell through, she was super quick to contact a still interested buyer and move forward with their offer and we never had to put our home back on the market. Jessica also helped us purchase a home. The neighborhood we sold and purchased homes were extremely competitive neighborhoods and homes would come on the market and be gone in the next hour. Jessica worked diligently with us to be first at showing and first to make an offer. We are so so thrilled with our new home and with the service that Jessica provided to us. I would recommend her to any of our family and friends.
