ZillowVERIFIED One Saturday afternoon, my partner and I decided, on a whim, to go look at a house in our neighborhood. I submitted the Zillow form and Danny called me shortly after. It must have been pretty clear, upon meeting us, that we were not "serious" buyers yet. We hadn't really decided on a price range (and in fact our price range would go on to change several times in our search) nor had we decided when or even if we wanted to buy. In fact, we were pretty noncommittal on the whole thing until the day we put an offer in. But despite our lack of decisiveness, Danny was always attentive to us. He took us to see any house we wanted to see (even ones that were outside of the price range we'd initially set), offered us helpful advice regarding the market and our own (very stressful) rental situation, and never once gave us a hard sell. And on top of all of that, he helped us put in an offer that got accepted (on our first choice!). We had a lot of fun working with Danny and I highly recommend him.

He kept an open line of communication, and was incredibly responsive to messages, no matter the time of day. He was very accommodating to our schedule and provided house tours, within 24 hours, through video calls as we were not in state during our house hunt. Danny was our on site eyes and would point things out in houses I would never have noticed. We put an offer in on a house with other competitive offers, and if it wasn't for Danny's incredible negotiation skills, there is no way we would have ended up in our house. Dannys experience and knowledge with the housing market is very impressive. He was able to propose a selling price which is fair to the market, instead of suggesting lower price for quicker sale. My property sold within the first few showings with a decent price.Its worth mentioning that the way Danny did pricing is comparable to what an appraiser would do, which also facilitate the later selling process, and gave me much confidence that he would be able to back up his number.Danny is very calm in unexpected situations, and he nailed it. I had an emergency the day before closing, and Danny was able to react very quickly. He also suggested repair people who are professional and very reasonably priced, which saved me a lot of research time and money.Danny charges a reasonable agent fee, lower than most I talked with. Even though he has other people working for him, I felt I was receiving full attention from him throughout the process -responsive with messages / calls. Overall, I highly recommend Danny to anyone selling / buying a home.
