We serendipitously stumbled onto Selina of Birch properties when we were looking at property very close to where our grandparents lived. We lived in Oregon at the time having just had our 3rd child born a month prior and shopping for a home from 3 time zones away is not easy. However, Selina was very kind to accommodate our schedules, our family needs, and gave much of her time to help guide us on all the options available in the Berkshires including last minute showings we requested the night before viewing. She didn't just try to move a sale, but really cared for our needs and gently guided us from a house we thought we wanted to a home we will truly love and cherish. She is not only incredibly professional in her presentation of properties, but fastidiously detail oriented and knowledgeable of all the gotchas that purchasing or selling a home come with. Her connection to all the crafts and trades in the area helped us make absolutely certain what the condition of our home was, and what we could anticipate would need to be changed. And she was a fierce negotiator who really went to bat for us, and helped us close on a priceless historic home even with many technical hurdles along the way including closing remotely, handling rental transfers, and negotiating furniture contracts.
