I met Samantha when I was looking at one of the properties she was showing and I liked her energy so asked her to me by buyer's agent. She was extremely responsive and within 24 hours she had given me a thorough analysis of the 20 properties I was interested in. I viewed several houses over the weekend with her and put and offer in to purchase. She handle negotiations within a week and I finished the process of buying within 60 days. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking to purchase or sell within the Berkshires.
