ZillowVERIFIEDSelina is more a lioness than a lamb. She had an impressive focus on getting us the house we wanted, and succeeded so fast everyone involved was happily surprised. In a three-way one-shot bidding war, the pressure was on, but Selina and Freddy Friedman made the experience smooth and gratifying.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Selina and Birch Properties exceeded our expectations. The house sold quickly and easily, and we were extremely happy with the offer received. Selina and her team went above and beyond to thoughtfully prepare the house for sale. The extra marketing efforts made a huge difference. I can confidently say the outcome would not have been as positive if I had used any other agent. We are extremely happy that we worked with Selina, and we highly recommend Birch Properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina Lamb is the realtor to go to in the Berkshires. I have been a residential seller multiple times and a commercial buyer and seller even more and I can say, hands down, that Selina is the smartest, most capable realtor with whom I have ever worked. Selina knows the Berkshire County market like few others and has superb analytical, business, sales, and interpersonal skills. Selina helped my family sell a home in the Berkshires from an estate and Selina made sale of our home and contents as seamless and effortless as one could imagine. Selina made a strong financial case for staging our home and connected us to a wonderful estate sales partner who sold the contents of our home and disposed of the contents we did not wish to keep. Selina's knowledge of the market and pricing advice were superb. Superstar, rockstar, do not begin to describe Selina. Highly recommend and do so to friends and family. Thank you Selina and team.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Selina Lamb was an excellent decision. There were many requirements that needed to be met. Selina is very knowledgeable of the local regulations and how to address any issue that arose. The house was prepared for sale with professionals whom she knew. We closed in 2 months. Selina made the process painless. Thank you, Selina.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina was highly recommended to me from a neighbor and she truly was amazing. I was a first time seller and she patiently navigated me through the journey. I also needed some extensive repairs (electrical mostly) and she was able to secure an electrician and when things were really down to the wire she advocated for me tremendously. We closed on time! She worked tirelessly on my behalf- The good news is that there was a lot of interest in my property but that also translated for a lot of work for Selina. 19 showings in 3 days! Selina communicated with me frequently and I feel advocated for me. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina is an absolute pro. She knew EXACTLY what needed to get done to our house to get top dollar -- and we did. Our listing was on the market for 3 days. She's a perfectionist, but that's what you want when you are buying and selling. If you truly want the best, there's no other option than Selina.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina made selling this property a breeze! She was recommended by a friend and we have recommended her to two friends already. She helped with negotiations, suggesting when to hold firm when we were temped to drop our price, and she supplied the names of several companies we needed to expedite the sale, like a list of good local lawyers and surveyors. We will definitely call her with real estate questions in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Selina during a very hot market with very little inventory. Once we found the home we wanted to buy, Selina was very knowledgeable, professional and worked with urgency every step of the way. She has a tremendous network of contacts in the Berkshires and was able to get expert advice in real time during the inspection process as well as provide excellent recommendations on trades people. She made the whole process expedited and we couldn't have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Selina Lamb as a real estate professional without hesitation; she is truly best in class. 1) She is fast: Selina understands how quickly you have to move in the market, and she simply gets it done without prodding. 2) She has unparalleled knowledge of the Berkshires. We thought we knew a lot about the area but WOW does she bring a depth of knowledge that was really notable. 3) She is intuitive. Selina has a very special understanding of what her clients are looking for and she is NOT judgy. While she can clearly handle super high-end transactions, she is equally happy to help more modest purchases -- all while being lovely and supportive. 4) She is detail-oriented and a skilled negotiator. This was the smoothest real estate transaction we have ever experienced. We recommend Selina without hesitation and have already referred her to several friends!

ZillowVERIFIED Selina was able to negotiate a difficult real estate market on our behalf and we found her expertise, integrity and communication to be A+. Selina has also been a valuable resource for us before and after closing, as we settle in to our new home and community. Selina is a top notch professional. It was a pleasure to work with her and we would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

ZillowVERIFIED We feel very fortunate that a friend recommended Selina. She could not have been more professional, more gracious, or more attentive to our needs, circumstances, wishes and tastes. We were house-hunting a great distance from where we lived, and Selina educated us and kept us informed every step of the way. She was always available to answer our questions, and often anticipated our questions in advance. We felt safe and secure in her hands, knowing she was not only an expert in her field but was a conscientious, trustworthy, person with integrity, who had our best interests at heart. That she was also good company was a bonus. Her friendly, gracious manner made a difficult task a lot of fun. Now that we're in the home she helped us purchase, we have a friend as well as a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Selina to purchase a new home for our family of four in Great Barrington. Right from the start, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, and personable; we felt she "got" us immediately and was able to offer suggestions and guidance throughout the process that was right on point. She made us feel empowered throughout the process and she was an amazing and strategic throughout our negotiations with the seller. Her wide network of local contacts was invaluable throughout the closing process, and even now months after we have closed - she continues to be an important resource for us in getting to know the area and settling in! I can't recommend her enough - she is amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina was very knowledgeable of the area all around. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I enjoyed working with Selina when we were looking for a second home in the Berkshires. Being out of the area, we so much appreciated her going the extra mile to do thorough videotape tours of potential properties and locations. We appreciated her honesty in telling us the good and the bad about individual properties and we never felt mislead or swayed to make a decision that wasn't right for us. She understood what we were looking for and responded immediately to our questions and concerns. Given her excellent knowledge of the area and her great interpersonal skills, we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Berkshires.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina assumed our listing where she took our feedback to revive both traffic & interest immediately. She was candid while still being respectful of our priorities. Selina identified a cash buyer for our property & was successful in facilitating the transaction due to her positive interactions with our attorney & the buyers agent. Her tenure in the market, coupled with her business acumen is reason to work with her whether on the sell or buy side.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina represented us when buying our home. From the start she was extremely good listener and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She is an amazing realtor, hustles and gets things done. She is very knowledgeable in her field and beyond. In case she didn't know something she pointed us the right direction. In our home purchase there were lots of moving parts, some events were stressful, but she made sure there was always communication between all parties. Even after the closing, she has been referring reliable contractors for our house projects. We have been extremely happy with Selina representing us and we will keep referring her to our family and friends!

ZillowVERIFIED We have read all of the 5-star reviews of Selina Lamb and we don't have much to add except that we fully agree with all of them. We just purchased a waterfront vacation home in Stockbridge, MA. We had been working with Selina for several months to find what we were looking for. We had considered a different property previously and when we backed out at the last minute because it wasn't right for us, Selina was fully understanding and supportive after having put great effort into the opportunity. She did not skip a beat to help us move on to find the property we eventually did buy. Her overall knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. Most importantly, she got us and was fully responsive to our every need. We not only had a great agent but we also found a new friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina was so incredibly helpful in finding our new home in South Egremont. My husband and I didn't have a lot of knowledge (well, no knowledge) of the Berkshires and Selina very patiently spent hours with us showing us around, educating us about the area and helping us work through the pros and cons of various homes. She did it all in a kind, calm, judgement free way without once pressuring us. Additionally, Selina would meet with us on FaceTime in the evenings or weekends and even went so far as to do a virtual walk through with us when we couldn't make it to the Berkshires because of our work commitments. Not only did she help with the sales process, she always went the extra mile when it came to dealing with how to handle paperwork, who to contact for information and all the technical parts that come up once you find your new home. And she follows up after closing and keeps the door open for any questions or concerns. I strongly recommend Selina to anyone who is in the market to buy a new home. You will not be disappointed!

ZillowVERIFIED Selina Lamb was recommended by a friendly farmer at the West Stockbridge farmers' market. A friend of a person who'd had such an exemplary experience with Selina, that it tricked down that confidently through word-of-mouth. Selina is a match maker. She asked us incisive questions and listened to our answers. Even in the most competitive of real estate markets, even having to make an important decision quickly, she read us carefully and matched us with a house that feels like we haven't compromised one bit in what we'd hoped for. Selina Lamb is competent, compassionate, and with loads of common sense. She's one smart cookie and a real pleasure to boot!

ZillowVERIFIED Selina was so great to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the housing and land market. She was no nonsense and also really listened to my preferences. She responds right away and is always sweet and on top of everything. She was super helpful in dealing with our attorney, often guiding him through some tricky stuff. I felt so taken care of through the whole process and both bought a home through her and am now in the process of selling a piece of land with her. I am really pleased with both transactions.

ZillowVERIFIED Selina is a highly skilled professional with a delightful and engaged personality. As a buyer based in Texas, I can say that I would not have been able to transact in Massachusetts without Selina's assistance. Selina put together a list of properties, visited them with me, discussed pros and cons, and was a constant supporting presence during negotiations and closing. I cannot recommend Selina highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED We used Selina for a couple months looking at multiple homes. We ended up deciding not to move to the area, but I wanted to write a review for her regardless because she is amazing at what she does and anybody would be lucky to have her. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the area-- from real estate to industries to general vibe, basically anything you'd want to know. She understood what we wanted quickly and being quite new to the process she was invaluable in helping us sort out what was important versus realistic. I trusted her completely.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were referred to Selina Lamb through family connections aEUR" one of Selinas real estate colleagues is friendly with my sister. We were looking for a second home in the Berkshires aEUR" ideally lakefront - and were not concerned with it being turnkey or a fixer-upper. We are experienced in real estate transactions, for both personal and investment purposes. We did not realize it at the time, but we began our search at the beginning of a significant uptick in the Berkshires market. Selina was a great buyers agent aEUR" important because we live several hours away. She was always available by text, email, or phone. Having scheduled a date to see properties with her, we were initially disappointed when she had to cancel; however, Selina contacted the selling realtors for each property to keep us on schedule, and we purchased one of the homes we saw that day. Selina knows the Berkshires real estate market cold; she went to college in the area and has lived there for decades, Her relationships with numerous vendors in the area expedited our buying experience during a time that it was difficult to find such experts with sufficient bandwidth, including but not limited to attorneys and home inspectors. She eagerly taught us about what to expect in each aEURoesub-regionaEUR? of Berkshire County, both aEURoelifestyleaEUR? and aEURoerelative valueaEUR?. Additionally, she knows and is well respected by other agents in the area, which helped with allowing us to see properties without her (as discussed above) and understanding our leverage during negotiations. Selina stuck by us as we negotiated a tricky contract that included easements and a division of the property, found a home inspector who came to the property (on his day off) within a week of our first seeing the home, and worked with the selling realtor and previous owner (with whom we have since begun a nice relationship) to allow us and our interior designer access to the home before the purchase went through. She also proposed a number of contractors to contact, one of who has already started working on the home. Though we worked with Selina as a buyers agent, we strongly presume that she would be a great sellers agent as well.

ZillowVERIFIED This is the eighth house we have bought, and without a doubt, I can say that Selina is the best agent we have ever had. She knows the area well and never put any pressure on us. In fact, she really wanted to make sure that whether we bought a house or not, we were doing what was right for us. I really appreciated that. In every twist and turn of our buying and negotiation process, I felt like my agent was fully aligned with my familys interests as opposed to just trying to get a sale. I cant recommend Selena enough!
