Beverly & Co Luxury Properties

I can heartily recommend Lina Sarkissians. She was excellent. Her additional lending knowledge from prior experience in home loans proved invaluable in this transaction. The hallmarks of this sale were repeated challenges thrown up by outside actors. such as a incompetent HOA and a difficult management company. But Lina excelled in handling these issues. Her determination was an invaluable resource. At the darker moments she encouraged me and told me we would find a qualified buyer. And we did. Her expertise coupled with her tenacity, energy and positive attitude were the keys to success in selling my home and I shall be forever grateful for her work and collaboration.

I had the pleasure of having Lina as my real estate agent in my recent search for a property. She went above and beyond in helping me through my home-buying journey. From our first phone conversation and then our first meeting, Linas professionalism and friendliness was evident. Always well-prepared, she set a tone of confidence and competence that put me at ease throughout the process. Throughout our search, which took several months, Lina always remained open and receptive to all my ideas, whether I was unsure about location or type of property, she always approached the search with enthusiasm and open mind, always bringing different viewpoints that I had not considered. She knows her craft and the industry inside out. Whether it be the attention to detail in spotting potential issues in properties or meticulously reviewing contracts or negotiating skillfully with other parties on my behalf to get the best terms, I felt secure that Lina was my agent. I am sure I am simplifying here, but each property that she proposed in the search was a result of her listening to my expectations and finding the suitable property to consider. In a field where the right guidance can make or break a home-buying experience, and especially in a field where there are so many realtors one can choose from, I do feel Lina stands out. She has the experience and knowledge, has great energy, and is a trusted partner. I would not have been able to find the property that we closed on my own.

I would never trust any other realtor other than Lina. She is AMAZING! Lina always goes above and beyond when representing my wife and I as our realtor. She has been there for us during the home buying and home selling process always making sure that everything goes as smooth, painless and efficient as possible!! She always provides a personal touch to her services that distinguishes her from every other realtor. My wife and I just recently purchase a new home and the process was so easy to navigate through with Linas involvement. If you want the best realtor in Los Angeles, Lina is the one!
