ZillowVERIFIEDWhen it comes to buying a home every aspect of it is nerve recking but rest assure Vick was able to make our home buying process a breeze. As first time home buyers he walked us through the whole process and made sure we have a clear understanding every step of the way. Vick made sure their was an open and clear communication, never a time were he was not available, always answered the phone and made him self available. With such expertise he is one of a kind and I can defiantly say we are lucky we have found an agent that was their every step of the way! He Guaranteed he would have our escrow close on time and even had everything done earlier then we anticipated! Thank you for your partnership and dedication in what you do to help your clients enter their dream home! I definitely will be recommending to others Thanks again Vick for your hard work and dedication!

ZillowVERIFIED This was the first home I ever purchased and I am so greatful that I had such an amazing realtor. Vick treated us like family. We got into a bidding war for or house and with Vicks help we got the home and paid minimally over the listing. Vick turly fights for his clients! His knowledge and experience of today's market was exceptional. He also throughly explained all the documentation. If you are looking for a smooth, painless experience I highly suggest Vick.

ZillowVERIFIED Vick has been so great throughout this whole process. I just closed escrow this week and am so happy with my new condo! I would not have found this property without Vick. He recommended it to me based on what I was looking for. He looked out for me as if it was his own purchase and deterred me away from making bad decisions. All of the advice and information he gave turned out to be absolutely correct. Vick is level-headed, energetic and ambitious! Vick, thank you! Will recommend to all my family and friends!

ZillowVERIFIED Vick is very educated when it comes to real estate. Unlike your ordinary realtor, Vick takes the time to qualify you for a home rather than Force you or pressure you to buy a home that is available on the market. If that home does not fit your needs, Vic will not bother wasting your time. I highly recommend vick's services to anyone buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are just concluding as of today, the purchase of a new home (condo) after having sold our home. Vick Tasmajian represented us in both transactions. We have found Vick to be professional, personable, knowledgeable and reliable. Vick has in fact gone out of his way to help us every step of the way. Our home was not the easiest to sell due to its location near a freeway, but it was sold quickly and for over asking. We found our new home because Vick saw it and thought it would appeal to us. He alerted us to it before it had actually been listed in the MLS. We both highly recommend Vick for his services. He is top notch!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I usually dont write reviews but it was such a great experience working with Vic I had to give my testimonial. There are agents that are great in the beginning then their punctuality slowly fades. Vic is not one of those, he made us feel secure the entire time when working with him. We always kept in contact and were always kept up to date never left in the dark. The process went smoothly. It was a pleasure working with him.

ZillowVERIFIED Vick is extremely professional and skillful. My husband and I worked with other agents before I met Vick and it's safe to say I will be his life long client. He showed us many homes before we came across one we absolutely loved, but there were multiple offers on the property. Vick knew we fell in love with the place and he promised he'll do anything in his power to make sure our offer gets accepted. We now own our dream home thanks to this hard working individual. Vick is the kind of professional everyone wishes to have besides them. He is extremely dedicated and goes the extra mile for his clients. I'm beyond impressed with him.

ZillowVERIFIED We are more than happy to pass on some words of appreciation for Vick Tasmajian support and efforts in recently selling our home in Altadena. It is with gratitude that we write this acknowledgment and express our complete satisfaction of Vick as our professional realtor. We have worked with several real estate agents at various times. Vicks services were head and shoulders above any other real estate professional with whom we have ever worked. He is honest, strategic, unbelievably patient, and utterly professional. His strong organizational and communication skills, has a winning attitude that embraces all challenges and encourages collaboration. He also understands the real estate market exceedingly well. Throughout the entire process Vick was professional, conscientious, and motivated. Vick communicated by phone, in person, and in writing at each step of the way. He composed clear documents for us and to the Buyer's Realtor and was extremely proactive sales professional. Vick assisted us in every step of the process, from setting open houses, dealing with escrow paper work and mortgage broker to the successful closing. Again, we strongly recommend the services of Vick, to anyone looking for a highly effective and reliable real estate agent as you could not be in better hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Vick is very thorough when helping you find the right place - I can't say enough good things about him, he is truly an excellent agent. He spent a lot of time with me and my family to find the right house. It took a while, but Vick was there very minute of the way. He had good feedback and good advice that we didnt even think about on our own - thats doing your job to the fullest. I would for sure work with vick again.

ZillowVERIFIED We approached Vick to assist us with our desire to lease a single family house. Vick was very attentive to our needs and always available to show a lease and/or call on a lease for an appointment. He was knowledgeable of our criteria and preferred ares and with his expert negotiation skills was able to find us our desired house for lease in the area and lease price we were hoping for. Vick negotiated upgrades for us and was always available to explain the lease process. I would recommend Vick to anyone looking to work with a patient, understanding professional who will find you the house you are dreaming of. Thank you, NA

ZillowVERIFIED I'd highly recommend Vick to be your real estate agent. He found our first home within a few weeks. He's extremely knowledgeable, honest, and goes above and beyond for his customers. With Vick you are never pressured to do anything you are not 100% comfortable with. He is extremely hard working and full of great energy. Vick was more interested in helping us than himself, he listened to us closely and gave great feedback. I would definitely go to Vick for future transactions, no doubt. Give Vick a call and you'd be glad you did! He's one of the few honest agents out there. He's excellent at what he does. You're awesome Vick, thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I worked with Vick for a few months as we navigated the many options of homes in the area. He did a great job of weeding through the available listings and pick choices that fit our interests, lifestyle, and budget. Our new home is both a hostesses dream and a serene oasis and we are very thankful. He is an awesome realtor who wanted our best and fought to get us the best deal and have the legalities close without hiccups or hinderances. Vicken is very invested in the wellbeing of his clients and making sure things feel right and make sense. We love our new home!!
