ZillowVERIFIED Lina did an excellent job of guiding us through the sale of my mothers home. She was honest in telling us what we could expect to sell it for and provided many comps to support her opinion. She was respectful of our mixed feelings in having to sell the house and listened carefully and compassionately to our thoughts about the sale, and to our wishes for whom we wished to sell it to. She was always very easy to contact and answered our texts, calls, and questions in a very timely manner. She made us feel like we were her only clients and never pushed or rushed us to make decisions that we werent ready to make. She also offered her help in areas in which I never expected her to, such as helping with yard sales, gardening tasks, etc. All in all, we were extremely pleased with all aspects of our interaction with Lina and would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone we know who needed the help of a realtor. Her pleasant, gentle personality was consistent throughout the time that we worked together and we really appreciated her patience. I might add that we chose Lina because she had helped our daughter find a house several years ago, and since it was such a good experience, we wanted to work with her again.
