Berkshire Hathaway HomeSevices FL Prop Group

How does one describe the best realtor in the world? There aren't enough superlatives. Professional and prompt with everything. Positive and enthusiastic. Used a variety of engaging marketing techniques to help sell our home in two days! Willing to go beyond the ordinary with assistance and advice. Amazing follow-through. I strongly recommend KT Tershowski for your real estate needs.

KT was an absolute pleasure to work with during our 7-8 month townhome search. She never once made us feel rushed, despite how long the process took, and patiently showed us option after option until we found the right fit. What stood out most was that KT was always on our side. She wasnt just showing us listings aEUR" she was genuinely invested in getting us the best outcome. She suggested smart negotiation strategies throughout, and when it came to closing, she pushed for a full HVAC coil pull-and-clean credit that saved us a real headache down the line. If you want a realtor in and around Tampa whos patient, responsive, and will actually fight for your interests at the negotiating table, Id recommend KT without hesitation.

KT is the most amazing realtor. She is patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and supportive, helping clients find exactly the perfect property. KT walked me through the process of buying my very first home and never let me feel alone in the process. Now I am in my dream home! I waited so long to stop renting and actually own my home, and I couldnt be more pleased! KT is exactly the kind of realtor everyone is looking for but often cannot find.

KT found me the perfect property I was in need of in Tampa, she listens, cares, & goes above & beyond, she assisted me in finding me the perfect property to closing the deal. I trusted her completely & she delivered.

KT is confident, knowledgeable and caring. She held my hand through every step of the sale of my house. Take her suggestions. You won't be sorry. The thing I liked best is her communication. She always returned my calls and texts and answered my questions quickly. Thank you KT.
