ZillowVERIFIED I had a couple bad experiences with Realtors and then I met KT at an open house. What a blessing. She is so easy to work with and never made me feel pressured. She is very professional, intelligent, patient, friendly, and great at what she does. She truly cares about her clients. She even sacrificed her own commission to get me the home I wanted for less. She later helped my brother sell his house within a few days. She goes out of her way to help you in any way she can and doesnt just forget about you when the job is done. Its been 10 months since I bought my home and I called her for advice on a home matter and she took the initiative and handled the matter for me in a matter of minutes. She is truly an asset to her profession. I just can't boast enough about her.

She went above and beyond to get my family the best deal possible through her excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and knowledge of the local real estate market. On top of that, she was honest, reliable and prompt throughout the whole process. As an example of her honesty, she even told me how much my familys property would likely appreciate (not a small amount) over the next 5 years if we decided not to sell it at that time! She really does have her clients best interest in mind and thats extremely important but rare in the real estate business. KT definitely takes after her father who was known as one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy realtors in the industry. ZillowVERIFIED KT was extremely helpful in getting our house sold in Original Carrollwood. She is a "go-getter" and was on top of things. She recommended a few items to be improved, such as repainting the interior and the replacement of the water heater, and she has contacts that were able to get it done in no time (within a couple of days!) for a very reasonable price. She did multiple open houses and was always finding ways to further advertise our property. Our house was sold within a very reasonable timeframe and within the price range we were looking for. We couldn't recommend a better agent and were lucky to have her during this process. We would, without a doubt, use her services again if we were ever moving back to the Tampa Bay area.

Mark introduced me to his associate, KT she was very personable and informative of selling my house and walked me through everything.
