While our home was built in 1989 and we bought it and remolded it back in 2004, the photos on the Web Sites made it look current and beautiful! We had 5 offers and she negotiated an offer $5001.00 over list price. And finally, and so important, she was available on a moments notice and always so with such a positive attitude. Trust her when she tells you something......she knows what she is talking about. She is very smart when it comes to construction, codes and regulations. We were still maintaining our primary residence in Kentucky, but we had kept in touch since buying that first house, as we had wanted to purchase another home in the same area. She kept sending us information on homes for sale in the area for the last several years via her internet postings.. A year ago we got real serious about a second home. Here is where she really rose to the top of our "ladder". We really put her through the ringer with questions about homes on her listing pages. Since we lived out of town, we could only pick homes we were interested in and set up times to see them when we were in town. She could have become very disinterested in us at this time and have felt like we were just wasting her time because we looked at so many homes over a long period of time. We looked at some 2 and 3 times. But she is the consummate professional, and never waivered from her "job" and approached each home visit with a positive attitude.She got to know us well enough that she knew our likes and dislikes and was able to steer us toward homes that she knew would please us.We closed on our second home in late October of 2015, and couldn't be happier.
