Jen Feinberg was literally a gift from the realtor gods not even one year ago. My husband & I were relocating to central PA and decided to build due to the lack of existing homes for sale. Don't ever believe you don't require a qualified realtor with a thorough knowledge of the area on a new construction home. We learned that early on and can not imagine going through every critical phase of this process without her!
