Review Jen Feinberg was literally a gift from the realtor gods not even one year ago. My husband & I were relocating to central PA and decided to build due to the lack of existing homes for sale. Don't ever believe you don't require a qualified realtor with a thorough knowledge of the area on a new construction home. We learned that early on and can not imagine going through every critical phase of this process without her! She was relentless in taking us from one area to the next, introducing us to builders and helping us define our wants and needs relative to our budget. She devoted almost a week to helping us narrow down our choices with patience, professionalism and personality. Once we entered contract with our chosen builder, she went over the contract with a fine tooth comb and remained in the background until the closing ready to step in if needed. She attended and interacted in our design studio meetings, she attended every builder walk-through, even connected us with our new homeowner insurance agent where we saved a bundle on our annual premium! As a relocation expert, Jen Feinberg, a nearly lifelong resident of central PA was a great resource for us in our quest to learn about doctors, hospitals, shopping and travel routes in the area. Looking back, now settling into our lovely, brand new home less than 8 months after we met her, I realize we have made a new friend in Jen, and utilizing her wealth of real estate experience on this journey was the smartest move we made!

We were brand new to the area and when we looked online together, she would by-pass homes online and say skip that one-you don't want it or that's not the kind of neighborhood you want. Then she gave us a list of great homes in different towns and said drive around and see these towns to these specific houses and see which areas you like and don't like to get a feel for all these boroughs and townships. It was perfect! she was so smart about how to quickly get us up to speed. So we finally found a neighborhood we loved but we wanted the Model home, which was not for sale... until it was!! And then we asked for the designer furniture and were told it wasn't for sale.... until it suddenly was- and it was right inline with our furniture budget! So last week we moved into our dream house with designer furniture, rugs, lamps & decor. She is AMAZING! Best I have ever worked with;)

Review After several months of trying to work with other real estate agents and getting frustrated with the time it took to get responses to our questions, my wife and I were excited to meet Jenn, who was exactly what we were looking for in an agent. Because we were relocating to Pennsylvania from another state we needed someone who was very responsive to our requests to view houses, especially since it took many hours for us to get to the homes we were interested in seeing. In most cases Jenn got back to us within minutes of asking questions and enabled us to weed out houses that didnt fit our goals and quickly set up tours of houses that met our requirements. We had a large geographic area that we were looking at and Jenn was patient and supportive with us as we dragged her to many out of the way locations. Once we found the perfect house, Jenn provided expert advice on the market trends and guidance on how to submit a winning bid. Jenn made a very daunting and frustrating process much easier. Review if you are looking to either buy or sell a home, chris castro is your guy. I have spent some time looking at homes for my family and I without any luck. i?ve reached out to multiple realtors only to be turned down or pushed away only because I didnt get a pre-approval yet. their assumptions we?re that i had bad credit and no money to make a purchase. i began to lose hope, until I met chris. chris guided me through the entire process and was extremely patient. his knowledge in the industry is top notch and he is the kind of gentleman that will get you an answer one way or another. my situation was very unique, and chris continued to push the limits to ensure that I was complete with a new home. not once did he treat me as just a sale or transaction. he allowed me to operate at my pace all while working around my time and schedule. his hard work has earned my respect and loyalty. I will never go to anyone else and ill be sure to recommend chris to my entire family as well as friends. don?t waste your time with realtors who are in it for the wrong reasons. trust me, chris castro is your guy.

Review I have known Jen for over 30 years and always knew that I would use her as my realtor if the need arose. At the end of 2019, we called Jen to put our first house on the market. Right from the beginning, we were given honest feedback about the value of our home and how to reach the right people. This was not an easy home to sell. There were definite obstacles to overcome. Thank goodness for the professional photos that put the house in the best light! In 3 weeks time, we had and accepted an offer. She also handled the sale of our house with excellent advice on pricing. It went on the market on a Thursday, sold on Saturday.

Review We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Jen Feinberg referred to us by our mortgage company. We had very little knowledge of the Harrisburg area and Jen was excellent at giving us history and pointing out landmarks as we toured the area around Harrisburg looking for our home. Once the inspection reports started rolling in we found there to be multiple deal breaking problems with the house. These problems were corrected before closing due to Jens excellent negotiation skills. She truly was able to get us the absolute best deal possible on our home purchase. She even encouraged us to be patient and give her the time she needed to negotiate. Her knowledge of the area and contractors in Harrisburg made a very difficult interstate home purchase possible. Having bought and sold several properties in the past I can say without reservation that Jen Feinberg and her team at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale were the best I have ever worked with. They even streamlined the purchase of home owners insurance, helped with set up of utilities and closing settlement. I highly recommend Jen Feinberg and the team at Berkshire Hathaway Homesale.

She was very knowledgable over the entire process from how to best show our home to what kind of things to best practices fro negotiating. We had a lot of twists and turns in our selling/buying experience, but Jen was a great source of knowledge, has great integrity, was always truthful and reliable. Im sure she had other clients and responsibilities , but she made it seem like we were a top priority and was quick to respond to questions or concerns about anything. She was also able to recommend some contractors that did some work for us at a much better rate and timeframe than others from which we had gotten quotes.
