He shortly took me out to see houses and I was impressed by the options he was showing me. His understanding of what houses I was looking for was immaculate. I, unfortunately, didnt fall in love with any of the beautiful homes that he had to offer. But I will gladly recommend him to my family and co-workers.

She got us to visit properties we were interested in very promptly and offered great insights into things we may not have recognized on our own. She is always enthusiastic. Ginger has extensive knowledge and resources for all the associated things a buyer may have to deal with from recommending painters or floor refinishers to contacting radon abatement contractor for a quote. When the home inspector found evidence of past termite activity, Ginger got an exterminator to review the situation and confirm that the property had been treated. On top of everything else, Ginger is so friendly and pleasant that the entire process was really a lot of fun for us!

In preparation for listing our home she was very specific about changes and upgrades we should make, for example, she recommended that we install a new floor in one bathroom and replace the kitchen counter tops with granite. We did everything she suggested (including lots of de-cluttering!) and we settled in May 2013.

My mother passed away, and Ginger was very helpful moving us along with what needed to be done. She is personable, has a sense of humor, can relate to all types of personalities, and is able to adapt quickly to sudden changes. She was proactive in seeking a reasonably priced plumber, electrician and an HVAC person, and it all came together quickly and efficiently.
