Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices GA Properties

David is an excellent real estate agent. He has shown me many properties in the last year during the crazy housing market. He has made suggestions and listened to all my likes and dislikes on homes we have viewed. We finally found a home in my price range, made an offer and it was accepted. Highly recommend!

I used Team Lee Homes for both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home. I felt they really made a difference in having both transactions incredibly successful. Could not recommend them more,

We enjoyed a terrific experience with Keith Grogan of Marsha Sell's team! Keith and Marsha were extremely knowledgeable of the area, assisted with referrals to trusted business partners, and accommodated our limited schedule as out-of-town buyers. In an unprecedented sellers' marketaEUR"and during the pandemicaEUR"this team helped us secure our desired home as our first offer (one of many the sellers received). Thank you!

Buying a new home is a daunting task, especially for me-someone with very little experience in this area- but Jonathan made it completely painless and moved us smoothly throughout the entire process. His knowledge is unmatched and his trusted network of professionals moved through every step of the process seamlessly. He was quick to answer all of our questions and led us all the way into closing feeling completely confident. There are many options when it comes to real estate professionals in the area- but if you want a true professional I highly recommend working with Jonathan Lee!

David was wonderful to with!! He was very responsive to all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process! He was able to sell our home within 24 hours for 28k above asking!! While finding a new home he was very patient with us and showing a ton of houses in this crazy market! We finally found our new construction dream home all thanks to David!!!!
