I cannot praise the listing Jonathan created enough. Alot of care went into the listing and he carefully went through our options with us once the offers started coming in. Regarding the purchase, we were looking for something with character and really couldn't find the perfect property locally. We became interested in a properties in Rome and realized it was quite a trip for their team to show properties there. First, Jonathan's photography made our house look incredible, and really captured the pride we took in maintaining our home. Our house was number 1 for Zillow views the entire time it was on the market, and we had more showings than we could handle. We got a buyer after a few weeks, and at the last minute, they had to back out. Jonathan had a new buyer, literally, within an hour of receiving the news. We got to the closing table with no issues, because their support staff was on top of everything. No surprises. Between Team Lee's photography, marketing, and service, you'll have a hard time finding a realtor that does it better.

ZillowVERIFIED "Team Lee" is currently just Jonathan Lee. He doesn't prefer to work after 5pm or on weekends and this was not disclosed to me prior to contracting with him. Although polite, knowledgeable about the process and familiar with the geographical area, he was disorganized, forgetful, inattentive to detail, and did not make me feel important or appreciated through ANY part of the buying OR selling process. He often used the excuse of, "I was busy with 3 other closings" or "I have to meet with a seller about a million dollar listing." He only came to the $400K property that was sold for me to meet with me and to take pictures. He did not even provide me with an Under Contract sign. Jonathan never returned to the property AT ALL from the time he put up the sign up to when he took the sign down, which wasn't until a week after closing (when the new owners texted me to complain.) After taking full commissions on a total of $860K for both selling my old and buying my new homes (he offered me ZERO discount for using him on both transactions), I received a "thank you" note written on a torn sheet of lined yellow legal paper and left on my porch a month after the closings that he couldn't attend.
