Having listed and sold numerous homes in our subdivision, we knew we would be partnering with a highly competent, competitive and professional team to sell our home. Even listing agents can't or won't be bothered if you ask them the age of the roof, air conditioning or other major components of a house. One listing agent insisted a home had a new or "newer" roof. When I checked the county clerk's public records, there was no NOC (notice of commencement) for that property, meaning that if there was in fact a new or "newer" roof, it was done illegally without pulling a permit. The listing agent told me that when he as a "serious buyer", he would provide the answers to my questions. So what he was saying was go through all involved in presenting an offer and earnest money, and then, and only then, will he reveal the true condition of the property. Absurd! I passed on even looking at that property. We have high expectations because of our experience with you, Marsha. Most agents/brokers can't even come close to the personal service and professional business acumen you provide, no matter the price. We appreciate your efforts. One day, likely in the not-to-distance future, we'll want to sell our present home and need someone of your caliber.
