Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS

I want to share my exceptional experience selling my home with John Terebey and the Terebey Relocation Team. I was navigating a corporate relocation and needed to move quickly to start a new role in Boston. Several firms pitched for the business, but choosing John and his team was absolutely the right decision. From the outset, they were strategic, data-driven, and transparent. Their marketing analysis was thorough, their assessment of comps was straightforward, and they set clear expectations around pricing and outcomes. Just as importantly, they took the time to understand my goals and aligned the strategy to achieve them. Execution was flawless. Within a week, the home was prepped, professionally photographed, and on the market. The team worked hands-on to help declutter and stage the house to present at its best. We received multiple offers within three days. Throughout the process, the entire team was highly organized, responsive, and proactiveaEUR"critical when you are managing tight relocation timelines and a fast close. Their depth of experience, operational excellence, and client focus truly set them apart. I cannot recommend John Terebey and the Terebey Relocation Team strongly enough. If you want a team that combines market expertise with seamless execution, they are second to none.

Knowledgeable and informative. Responded to our concerns in a timely and professional fashion. Rocco, made the experience pleasant and smooth. We also want to thank his sidekick Angel who worked behind the scenes to get things done. We will look to this agent again in the future.

John and the entire Terebey Relocation Team make the home buying and selling experience as simple as it can be. Every step is extremely well organized and coordinated. John was great at listening to and understanding what we were looking for in our home purchase, and most importantly there was no pressure on us to make any decisions until we were comfortable. We used John to sell and buy at the same time and would recommend him and his team to anyone looking.

Rocco as single-handedly responsible for our winning bid during the purchase of our beach Haven home. Perfect strategy! He was always available when we had questions or needed assistance. Great person to have on your side when expert advice is needed!

John is an amazing realtor! He has helped me since 2013 when I bought a rental house in West Windsor, but I live out of state. He knows all the trades people, since he has lived his whole life in Central New Jersey. Always going above and beyond to help with sales, rentals and recommendations for repairs! Highly recommend!
