I cant say enough good things about our experience with Yael. We opted to work with her after meeting with three realtors aEUR" all super nice and impressive aEUR" because she just had that extra special something. At every stage she was incredibly conscientious, patient and helpful. Months before our official house hunt trip, she sent me weekly updated listings of homes that fit our criteria and offered helpful insights about those shed seen firsthand. When we fell in love with a new listing posted 2 weeks before we could fly out, despite being during the busiest week of the winter holiday season, she ran right out to see it on our behalf, got answers to all of our questions and took additional photos that convinced me wed found our new home. Our trip was great fun. She took us to see about 10 houses in 2 days and by day 3, the owners of our dream house had come back with a very pleasing counter offer with some bonus goodies Yael scored for us during the negotiation process. She set us up with a fabulous real estate attorney who was prompt and thorough and a delightful human being, and the inspector she recommended was wonderfully meticulous. Closing was a breeze aEUR" albeit surreal given we had to fly back out just as our nation began shutting down due to the Pandemic. But despite, the chaos, all went smoothly, and safely, and we couldnt be more pleased. We cant wait to move in next month (best home ever in which to shelter in place), and were armed with Yaels recommended contacts to help us with some minor painting and handiwork we want done. If thats not enough, she even offered to arrange a ladies evening out to introduce me to some of her friends and another happy client she suspects Ill get on well with (assuming social gatherings are eventually permitted again - sigh.) We cant recommend her highly enough aEUR" as a realtor and a new friend.

Yael is the best! Unexpectedly widowed last spring and still grieving, I found myself living alone in a townhouse condo both too big for me and too expensive to carry by myself for long, and which I therefore needed to sell before Labor Day to attract parents wanting to enroll their children in the Princeton schools by the beginning of the school year. Yael was quick and super-efficient. Her photographer produced beautiful pictures, her agency put a gorgeous video of those photos online, we had two bids within a day of the first open house, with the second bid at asking price. That was just the beginning. Yael also really cares about the well being of her clients. She helped me respond to all the buyer's seemingly endless demands. She bucked me up when I was gloomy or sad. Without remuneration, she accompanied me to inspect smaller apartments I might buy with the equity in the condo and asked all the right questions, including ones I might not have thought of or known to ask, merely as a friend. She is also a warm and responsive person, which counts a lot during the stress of selling one's home.I therefore have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending her. She is not only highly experienced in every aspect of selling and buying local real estate, but also extremely hard-working and impressively knowledgeable about getting things done at the best possible price, whether it be touching up paint or installing a radon fan. She turned what could have been a difficult and touch-and-go situation for me into an unqualified success.
