We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Rocco, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on, and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. Rocco always made himself available via phone, text, and email at all times of the day. ZillowVERIFIED In 2016 we bought and sold homes through Rocco. A home came on the market that my wife and I always wanted and did not think would ever be sold. Rocco worked hard to make sure we were the first ones in and then walked us through every step of the process. Our home was not ready to be sold, but Rocco quickly helped get it ready. He showed us comps and we opted not to listen. Our mistake. When we dropped the price to align with the comps we had three offers. All told we put our house up for sale in November and had 3 offers in January. All through the process he was there.
