Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices - California Realty

These people have great communication skills and a polite nature which makes them perfect in their work. I have seen them handle my crucial task of finding a commercial space with great care and that is why I am their big fan. I do not think anyone else in the region could have provided me with a better real estate service experience than them.

First Anna prepared a Market Analysis which showed similar home models recently sold and their asking price and final selling price. Also a list of similar homes currently for sale and their asking price, This was a big help in establishing my listing price. After the house inspection there was a few items which required capable people for the type of repair. I live about 50 miles from the house I was selling and did not know the people in the area that I could contact. Anna knew the people to get and she contacted them. Anna met the repair person if needed ad followed up on their repair. This was a great help to me, and saved me from several 100 mile trips.

I never realized how much the Real estate agent has to go through. Now I understand why so much commission is charged, the time and effort that occasionally happens (actually because of a death in the family covid delayed the sale) it was definitely earned.

Deb Pollock did a wonderful job for us. She was amazing! Could not have asked for a better person to do this job. We feel like we gained a friend for life! She is true to her word and very present for the seller. We love Deb!

Anna always "had our back" throughout the process of selling our house. From the first meeting and signing to the escrow closing she was present and attentive to our concerns. We especially appreciated her carefully going through and explaining each form before we signed. We enjoyed her cheerful encouragement and professional way of dealing with our journey. We highly recommend Anna !
