What initially attracted me to Deb was her sunny personality and zest for life. She has so much positive energy, and also knows a lot about real estate in this area. I had been looking for a home online and visiting what felt like a zillion open houses but wasn't quite ready to buy. So Deb placed me on her computer-generated list of new homes that met my criteria and I received an email every day with the latest listings. I have to admit I am fairly picky about the type of home I wanted, but when the right one came up at the right time Deb was right there to handle the transaction. Deb showed me a few homes but I had my heart set on this one. During the negotiation phase, Deb helped find comparable sales so we could go back to the seller with the results and arrive on a price that was fair to both parties. She skillfully guided me through the escrow process and the time seemed to fly by. At the close of escrow I was so happy to move into my beautiful new dream home, thanks to Deb Pollock! About mid year we felt it was time to get an agent involved. I found Deb on Zilliow and the same day I contacted her I contacted 3 other agents; she was the most responsive with immediate questions and input. Although I was constantly throwing out a new search plan each week, she helped us narrow our search area and we were very pleased with the negotiation and closing periods of what turned out to be a foreclosure purchase this January 2012. Well, she did...she got us the highest value possible at the time when the market was starting to decline, she gave us great advice and we took the best offer - all in about 2 weeks time! We were extremely pleased with the entire process. This was the first home we had ever sold, and it was my husband's deceased parent's home they had for 46 years, so it was an especially difficult time for us.
