Review First Anna prepared a Market Analysis which showed similar home models recently sold and their asking price and final selling price. Also a list of similar homes currently for sale and their asking price, This was a big help in establishing my listing price. After the house inspection there was a few items which required capable people for the type of repair. I live about 50 miles from the house I was selling and did not know the people in the area that I could contact. Anna knew the people to get and she contacted them. Anna met the repair person if needed ad followed up on their repair. This was a great help to me, and saved me from several 100 mile trips.

Review Friends recommended Anna so I could checkout the retirement community they had moved to. When Anna called I explained I was just looking but wasn't ready to make a change yet. Wow was I wrong!. After spending time with me viewing a few homes, she said I think I know the house for you.She was right and has been with me every step of the way to advise, encourage, and keep me informed. Anna has been very professional but she has also been a joy to be around because she loves what she does and that is very refreshing.
