Randy is an extremely knowledgeable and professional realtor with very intimate knowledge of the Orange County area. He was able to secure tenants for my property in less than a week all while maintaining prompt, helpful and reliable communication with me and the tenant throughout. He made the process as painless as possible and I don?t think it could have gone any smoother. Thank you Randy!

we worked with Randy in selling our house in dana point. house was listed by his team in August and the sales was competed in November. Randy was transparent, straightforward and fair. most of all, he is skilled in managing expectations in a rather unique market environment. we highly recommend Randy and if/when we return to Orange County, we would most definitely work with Randy again.

Randy is a wealth of information. Being a first time home buyer in an extremely difficult market for buyers, we truly needed his experience and knowledge throughout the homebuying process. His deft analysis of my personal real estate and financial needs was right on the mark and literally made the difference between getting our offer accepted or rejected. Its has been so great working with you Randy. Thank you! AJ

I recently had the opportunity to be a lender on a transaction where Chase was the listing agent representing the seller. Chase was amazing from start to finish! His constant communication and availability was above and beyond the normal experience one might get with a Realtor. If you are thinking about buying or selling a home do not hesitate to contact Chase Ora - you will NOT be disappointed!
