We were so fortunate to have found Ali Bahramian when we were planning to buy our 2nd home. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right investment property in the city of Santa Ana. He was patient as we looked at homes over several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Ali was that he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would recommend him to anyone.

Ali sold my Townhouse recently with a very good price and fast. He is very professional and knows what hes doing. I strongly recommend him. He advertise online also with flyers. Hes very good to find positives in your home and magnify it! Hes very polite and knowledgeable with potential buyers and continue to contact them and give them anything they need to know. He also does all the research about potential buyers to check if they really qualified! He is always there to answer your questions and help you. With the situation of this covid 19 which canceled lots of escrows, with his wisdom mine, closed in time. I really appreciate what he did for me.

Highly knowledgable individual and very professional. Ali helped me purchase two properties and helped me get the best deal possible. I got to know Ali around 2006, when I wanted to purchase my first property. Years later, on 2015, he was still my first pick of agent when I was ready to purchase my second property. He helped me buy my ideal property in such a short time which ended up being an amazing investment. Ali worked well with my schedule and showed me the best properties in the area. He often viewed the properties prior to showing me so he could only show me the ones that were aligned with my interests. Even though I was very picky when it comes to purchasing a home, Ali never pushed me into purchasing, and always disclosed things that were not apparent to me. He always acted very honest and in my best interests. Ali always did extensive research about the home, area, and whether there was any issues with associations and always gave me his honest opinion about whether or not, the property he was showing me was worth the money. He also informed me about any issues that the properties may have in the future that could effect the sale of the property later on. He even told me about my options of renting the home later on and whether or not the property would be suitable for this type of investment. These are some of Ali's qualifications that most of the real estate agents do not have. From my experience with Ali, I realized that his number one goal is to keep his client happy and help them make the best property investment. You will be very satisfied working with Ali, and you will have a peace of mind, knowing that you are working with one of the most experienced and professional real estate agents out there. I have already referred him to many of my family and friends and I still highly recommend Ali to anyone who is looking to purchase or sell or rent their home.
