ZillowVERIFIED I had a bit of a "sticky" situation with a property with IRS & State of CA Franchise tax board liens, recently became incapacitated and Chase went above and beyond pinning them down for amounts owed to allow escrow to close, holding numerous open houses, finding and engaging a pool man to bring my pool back from the dead, even helping to sell furniture I no longer needed and was unable to deal with on my own. He also proved to be a master negotiator in getting me close to what I was looking for. He printed up gorgeous flyers/pictures of the property even went so far as to make a video using a drone that flew from the hills above my home, through my front door, touring the house itself and the resort style back yard as well. As a former realtor he proved to be extremely competent and I give him my highest recommendation. You won't go wrong engaging him and his staff to represent you.

Most realtors would just wait until the client had possession of the property. Randy showed up to the lock out to be there with the female client and help her get through it. ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed several realtors when we decided to list our house. Randy was by far the most qualified in my opinion. We wanted someone who would actually sell our house rather than just list it on the MLS and wait. Randy had an aggressive marketing strategy that included social media advertising, video of the interior, exterior and surrounding areas (including drone footage) and more. To our delight, we had a full price, all cash offer our first day on the MLS. I want to add that our house was less than $750,000 and I didn't expect someone to put in that much effort for a house in our price range. If your looking for a realtor that will sell your house for top dollar quickly, along with someone that will treat you with respect and answer all your calls/texts/emails right away, you need to let Randy interview for the job.
