I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Ms. Kay! From the very beginning of this process, she was consistent, dependable, and truly went HARD for me as her client. She showed up every single time with so much fire, energy, and passion, and I always felt like she was in my corner. Ms. Kay didnt just do her job, she advocated for me, stayed on top of everything, and made sure things kept moving. Her dedication and hard work are a huge reason why this process went as smoothly and as quickly as it did. I am genuinely grateful that I had her in my corner throughout this journey. She is passionate about what she does and you can absolutely feel that in the way she serves her clients. If youre looking for a realtor who will show up, fight for you, and put their whole heart into helping you get to the finish line, I HIGHLY recommend her! Thank you for helping me get HOME!

Me and my wife are first time home buyers and Tracy helped us understand the process a lot more, any questions I had were answered by her and her team same day. When shopping around for anything we were given room to look and didnt feel forced at any process. We appreciate the help we got and strongly recommend Tracy.

We have known Kay since 2021, when she helped us purchase the property. Throughout that process, as well as in the past 5 years, she was always responsive to my questions and an invaluable source for contractors to assist with the maintenance and repairs. Similarly, during the recent sale of the property, Kay was of great help to navigate the sale process, and secure and oversee contractors, as we were out of town. I strongly recommend Kay.

Tammy has only lived in the area for 1 1/2 years. She has learned the area very fast for this period of time. If she does not know the area, she is willing to find out and locate a home for someone in that area. Her responsive time is quicker than other agents that I have worked with. Her negotiation skills is excellent! She is willing to work out the best deal for her clients as she did for us with this home. As you can see, I gave her a 5 star review. She is the agent you would enjoy working with.

Lloyd did a great job! Communicated very well. I currently live 2 states away and he was over the top helpful to myself & my husband. His wife is also a realtor so having Lloyd means you have a double support! As an added bonus their assistant is amazing as well. Our situation of not living in the state made our process longer then a local transaction so length of time working should not be a judgement against Lloyd.
