ReviewMrs. Evodna was an absolute blessing as my wife and I looked to buy our first home. She was always immediately available, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% informed and to make sure we ended up in a home that was perfect for us without issues. She was prompt and effective. With no prior real estate purchasing or selling experience of our own, her expert guidance was so welcome. But above all, she was kind and loving. She really treated us like family and it felt like we were her number one priority. We could not be more thankful for Mrs. Evodna and all that she did for us

Review Working with Evodna on finding my first home was an absolute joy! Evodna is straightforward, knowledgeable, and always available. I would find houses I wanted to go see and she would say, well let's go!! She would also schedule viewings for houses she thought I would want to see which was super helpful. I always felt she was buying a home with me, with the time, attention, and care she puts into everything. If you are looking for a realtor that cares about people, and wants every person to find that perfect place that fits, call Evodna, you will love her!!

Review I wrote Evodna Springer a review a little over a year ago after she sold a home for us in Shreveport. As promised, we continue to use Evodna's realtor services and recently sold an investment property with her as our agent. This most recent sale was a bit more complicated situation. We were located in another city and needed quite a bit of help. Evodna went straight to work with her plethora of market knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, contacts and extra care. When I tell you she handles her clients with the best of care, it is no exaggeration. We had several offers the first day our home was on the market. This was all due to Evodna networking with skills! This realtor goes above and beyond. We will always use Evodna for real estate services in North Louisiana. We are grateful to know her as our realtor and friend! We thank God for her. If you are looking for a good person to represent you or loved ones, look no further.

Review Evodna is a wonderful realtor who I now call a friend. She is patient, kind, understanding, professional, and great at communication. We did not want a "list and run" agent who treats clients like a bee in their bonnet, as was our previous realtor. Evodna is caring and respectful of others. You always know where you stand during the selling experience with her as your realtor. Besides being an incredible realtor, she is the kind of person who can restore your faith in humanity, and anyone who knows her understands what I am speaking of. I am grateful to have her as a lifelong realtor, friend and will certainly use her services again. She is the only realtor I would recommend to my loved ones in North Louisiana. We are extremely thankful for her and recommend her to everyone.

Review Ms Springer is the textbook definition of above and beyond! I met Ms Evodna three and a half months before we listed the house when I was struggling with renovations and *convinced* the house was never going to sell. Evodna was the only realtor invited that came prepared with actual numbers and data for the house, answering questions I didn't even know I had. She spent extra time before we even agreed to work together helping me formulate a renovation plan to save time and money, as well as coaching to help put all my worries to rest. She went out of her way over the next few months checking in on me and providing motivation, as well as putting me in touch with her *excellent* resources to help me with renovation tasks bigger than I could handle. When the time finally came to list, she was *spot on* predicting how long it would take to sell and for how much.. I am still in shock at how accurate she was.I will *forever* be grateful to Ms Evodna and her team for getting me through this very stressful process with patience and understanding. I look forward to working with her in the future and Ms Springer comes highly recommended!

Review Choosing Evodna Springer and Team Lytle was the best decision we made while selling our home. Evodna was always available when we had a question, but just about anticipated all of our questions ahead of time. She was very active in preparing cost-benefit analysis for each offer we had and paired her selling expertise with a strong marketing talent on their team. She held open houses, made sure we were comfortable with every decision and always made us feel like a priority and important...as if we were her only clients at the time. But in fact she was juggling many at the same time synchronously.Evodna is very familiar with the local real estate market and also with local maintenance businesses that she could refer while were out of town or after our inspection. This list could go on. She was a joy to work with. Thank you Evodna.

Review Evodna Springer is the most wonderful and caring realtor I have ever worked with. She is so thorough and always available. We had two full offers one day after listing with her. She kept in touch with us and helped us with suggestions on staging, which was so helpful. We would recommend her to anybody ready to list or buy a home with no hesitation. She was referred by a friend of ours and he was spot on when he said if anybody can sell your house, Evodna can. Thank you Evodna!!!

Review Evodna was so professional from listing to closing. She helped my parents sell their home of nearly forty years to move closer to family and Evodna made the transition so easy. We did not worry about the sale at all and my mom is so happy that she got more than she ever expected. We would definitely recommend Evodna to sell your home.

Review Having previously bought two homes, Evodna is hands down the best Realtor I have had the opportunity to work with. It was one of the best decisions I made and knew, upon interviewing, I needed to search no further...only wish I had made it sooner. Evodna took on this job, after already being listed a few months, and got it under contract in approximately 46 days, through the holiday season no less. My home, like many others, came with it's own set of challenges to overcome and I was not local to work the issues of repairs, paint, and prep. Evodna worked and stayed on top of every item that needed to get resolved to ensure it showed well; she consulted experts, and provided the feedback & recommendations I needed in order to make informed decisions. Once under contract, she led the entire effort and made sure everything was taken care of. For every question I had or item I thought of, Evodna was already on it or ensured it was being worked. From a seller's side, Evodna made it look easy...I know it wasn't. If you're looking for a top Realtor in NW Louisiana, Evodna needs to be on your list to interview...she'll take it from there.

Review I am so grateful to Evodna for taking such good care of me during the sale our house. She went above and beyond, helping with more than she was required to do, being I am not a resident in the state that the house is in. She has contacts for every aspect of getting the house ready for sale and dealt with a difficult neighbor even! She's quick to respond and will answer every question along the way. If she doesn't have an immediate answer, she will find it and get back to you fast. Very responsive. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant. A pleasure to work with from the start. Thank you EVODNA! <3

Review This is the second time I have used Evodna Springer. Once to buy a house and once to sell the same house. Her knowledge of the market allows her to price your house where it will sell. Some realtors start with a high asking price and then eventually go down on the price, which according to her you have lost the window for showings. I needed my house sold asap. Never would I have imagined I would have a satisfactory contract within TWO DAYS!! Everything was smooth sailing from then, closing within 3 weeks. I highly recommend her and the Bershire Hathaway team Little for your real estate needs.

Review Ms. Springer advertised my mom's 1950 Ranch home on a spacious lot quite well. She was persistent, patient and explained things thoroughly to my mom and I as this was the first time my mom went through selling a home as she had resided in the same home for 54 years. We have been very pleased and would definitely recommend Ms. Springer to all our friends and family residing in the Shreveport/Bossier City area. Personally speaking, she is the best realtor I have ever worked with!

Review Evodna is genuinely the best at what she does. She helped my husband and I through our first house and we both had no idea what we were doing. Evodna made it so easy I couldn't believe it could be that easy to buy a house. If the house has a problem she fixes it, even after we closed we realized a bug problem and she had an exterminator out THAT DAY to get it taken care of. Review The first house I found on Zillow that I wanted to look at was one of Evodna's listings. I sent her an email requesting information and called her as well. She answered the phone and was very professional and assured me she would get the information to me by the end of the day and could show my wife and I the house whenever we were ready. We scheduled the showing and Evodna gave us plenty of time to look over the house and never tried to pressure us. She had answers to all of our questions. We decided that particular house was not for us but we continued to work with Evodna. She went on to show us three more houses (none of which were her listings). After months of looking, my wife and I closed on our house and Evodna was with us every step of the way. She even had our grass cut and offered to have the locks changed for us. She was always very professional and is very knowledgeable of our area and the entire home buying process and is just an all-out sweet person. I would recommend her to anyone and if I ever decide to buy/sell again, she will be the first person I call.

Review Evodna proved to be invaluable to us while searching for a new home. She was knowledgeable of all the ins and outs of the real estate market in Bossier City. She explained the pros and cons of each area. She really understood our needs and worked hard to meet them. She thoroughly understood our desire for not only a pleasant home and location, but also for a good investment. She handled all phases for us: showing properties, writing the contract, presenting the offer, procuring inspections, presenting options for financing and helping to make the closing simple and pleasant. She was always easily accessible. We highly recommend Evodna for new home buyers as well as the most experienced of home buyers and investors!
