ZillowMrs. Diane was a huge help in helping us find a place. Always was available on our schedule to go check out homes even in spur of the moment situations. She also has home remodel experience so she gives tons of tips or idea on what could be done. The best part that will set her apart from other agents, she is not pushy, she will take you all around the world to find a home and if you do not find what your looking for, she will be down to do it again the next day!!
ZillowWonderful experience with Mr Guy Mauerhan! Professional, knowledgeable, & friendly. He didnt quit on us even though our property search took a year. Youre looking for a fabulous realtor? Highly recommend Mr Guy!
ZillowGuy Mauerhan did an incredible job finding me my house and closed within a few weeks after looking at several. I highly recommend him to help you when you are in a need to a realtor. GREAT JOB!!!
ZillowGuy was great. I am very blunt and to the point and being from the Bossier area I wanted someone I did not know personally. I had try to sale by owner for 2 months before I contacted Guy he was very open and honest. Guy said the 2 months I was trying to sale my house were always the slowest 2 months in the industry across the board he even recommended that I try for one more month and then call him but said no and signed up. I really appreciated his honesty. Guy had my house sold in about 6 weeks and everything that he could control went smooth. The only reason I did not give him 5 stars on NEGOTIATION is because he works for you the customer so he is only as good as his clients will let him be.
ZillowGuy was great. We asked for him to hold our hands throughout the process as we were first-time homebuyers. He did just that. As newbies we had many questions, he answered all e-mails/texts/phone calls promptly. He helped us make decisions and was a great negotiator. Would work with Guy again in a heartbeat.
ZillowGuy is a really great realtor. He was there for us with negotiation, our random questions, and helped prepare us for anything that may come up. He is amazing to work with, buying or selling.
ZillowHuge thank you to Guy Mauerhan with Berkshire Hathaway! We had a challenging time selling our home. Throughout the experience Guy was there for us. He was pro-active, professional, a person of integrity and aggressive (in a good way). We appreciate Guy and recommend him to anyone that is looking for the best realtor out there.
