Seth helped me purchase my first home and got an offer that we accepted on my husband's home in five days(!). There was a lot of hand-holding involved with purchasing my first house, and Seth was the perfect real estate agent to work with. He guided me through the process, answered all of my (many questions) and genuinely cares that you wind up in the best home for you. He's extremely knowledgeable and responsive, which is what you need when selling/buying. He makes sure he's there for nearly every showing when you're trying to sell in order to convey potentially hidden benefits of the property, which is something I've never experienced with another realtor. Another benefit is that Seth knows the ins and outs of home construction and renovation, so he can find any potentially pricey flaws in a home you might be persuing. I recommend Seth all the time. You couldn't find a better person to work for you to sell your home or help you buy.
