My wife and I met Mark through an online contact almost a year ago. We were looking for a small seasonal home in southern Colorado that would not break the bank. We finally had the opportunity to meet Mark in person for a showing in Trinidad. We met numerous other times during our search and Mark was always ready to assist and provide valuable insight. We kept in contact and drove up from south Texas numerous times while on our house hunting journey. Mark was very hands on and I would say that without his help we would still be looking. His relationship with us became almost family like due to the amount of contact and communication that took place. He was also able to recommend local lender options, once again making this whole buying experience tolerable from a long distance standpoint. We closed on a place after a lengthy year long search...Thank you Mark!! We were blessed to have met one of the best!
