Adam is a very personable human being and knowledgeable realtor. He helped me find my first new home. I am a young, first time home buyer and having Adam helped ease my nerves with the process. Whenever I had a problem I didn't want to or nor how to deal with Adam was able to manage it all very successfully and thoroughly. He made me glad I didn't try this tedious home-buying process by myself. In the months before meeting him, I went through 3 prior realtors who I felt did not have my best interest in mind. I was glad to have met Adam because I felt like I could trust him. I felt as if he was honest with me. When we went to showings together, a few times he even told me not to buy the house due to its condition or price. The other 3 realtors did not do anything like this for me at all. With what I have experienced, it seems rare to find someone like Adam who is an honest person.With the experience I have had as a first time home buyer as well as going through a list of other realtors before finding Adam, I would highly suggest anyone to get work with Adam before you get anyone else. He's smart, knowledgeable, relatable, trust-worthy, and hard-working. He took care of all my first-time home-buying worries and found me a house I love. He's definitely above the rest by far in both honesty and professional drive.
