Andrea was incredibly helpful at the beginning after we had finished a headache with a different company and property manager. After moving in, everything changed. We moved to a different state, had never rented a home before and was not given any helpful information about moving in and things we needed to do to get situated. We received no help at all, and the answer to all of my questions were answered back with a txt that said " call maintenance, I am not your property manager." Then who was? We were never given any info on a Property Manager. We finally got help after I spoke my mind and stated how unhappy I was. It felt like after we moved in we were someone else's problem and for 3 weeks we were still trying to get things figured out after moving in. Finally after I told her exactly how I had been feeling she did give me some more information and helped me and I appreciated it but it was too little too late and I would never recommend her to anyone.
