This area was definitely new to us and she quickly helped us figure out where we wanted to be. During the buying process COVID-19 changed a few things but she was quick to answer my texts and calls. As first time buyers we learned tons from Sara. With the hurdles our buying experience had she definitely made everything less stressful. We couldn't have asked for a better agent for our first time buying experience. I appreciated her checking in on us after we closed. I haven't heard of many agents taking the time to do that. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

She went out of her way to get neighborhood information and when I couldnt find sitters she was amazing with my kids. When there was an issue with the inspector or not having knowledge about escrow papers she was able to explain so much to me or find the right person to discuss my questions with. ZillowVERIFIED Sara is nothing shy of a dream to work with! She assisted me with selling my house while I was about 2000 miles away with very limited connectivity and availability. No matter the friction she encountered throughout our time working together, she was always upbeat and willing to answer any and all questions throughout the process. I cannot recall the amount of documents she had to re-send me because my work schedule conflicting with deadlines, but every time, she was beyond understanding and patient with me. To top it off, she is a total shark when it comes to negotiating, she read multiple buyers with supreme accuracy and was able to get us a deal that was $5,000 above what we were about to accept. Then I saw Saras message, it was so genuine and laid back and it instantly felt like I was chatting with a friend who cared about me and my family. Coming from out of state I knew nothing. Sara was incredibly knowledgeable, she even helped me find a preschool for my 3 year old. She was so patient with my mile long wish list, and really did a ton of work to find my family our dream home here in Temecula. She would FaceTime me and do house tours.
