ZillowVERIFIED Andrea is the most professional realtor I have ever met. She listed our Estate Home in Temecula. It was so evident how much pride she takes in what she does. I was in awe. She had the right answers to all of our questions at any time of the day. She reassured us when my boyfriend had doubts that it would take a long time to sell. With constant showings on our Estate it sold in less time than expected. My hat goes off to Andrea. I would refer her to all my friends. She is awesome

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was terrific in helping us get our home sold while we were out of state. Even when minor repairs needed to be made. She went out of her way to arrange and meet repairmen, inspectors, clients, and helped us through every step of the process.

ZillowVERIFIED I would like to take this opportunity to thank my Realtor Andrea Lynn Duncan and her wonderful assistant Linda Ashton for their time and energy in selling our home. It was a GREAT & AWESOME experience to have worked with Andrea Lynn Duncan. Andrea did an outstanding job listing, preparing and selling my home. Her professional and consistently positive attitude was very refreshing and made the process easy. Her ability to guide me through the whole process with such care and professionalism was truly appreciated. She not only sold my home, but she made the process seem like a piece of cake. Andrea and her assitant Linda kept me informed, educated me on the process, and continued to follow up with me. I can't thank them enough for their hard work. Andrea Lynn Duncan gives 110%. She is all about integrity and excellence. Extremely detailed and patient and on top of everything; and shes a great person to work with. I really can't imagine getting any better service than this. ZillowVERIFIED Andrea supported me through the negotiations and looked out for my welfare in major issues like roofing and termites which saved me a lot of money down the road. She has been a proactive force, making my purchase much easier than I would have thought for a 30-day escrow. She is a joy to be around. Linda drove out of her way to meet me and supplied me with one-on-one document and computer support. She has a wealth of knowledge and a very welcoming personality. Both Andrea and Linda were willing to go to bat for me whenever issues arose. I enjoyed working with them as a team. They are both genuinely sincere--a welcome quality in today's business world.

ZillowVERIFIED I've had some experiences before this was not my first rodeo. I met Andrea through another realtor who did not have time. To my surprise I emeditely felt comfortable and I also felt the energy Andrea would put into the handling of our property. She was always prompt with her responses to our questions and expressed a friendly relationship as though we had known each other for some time. My wife Angelica really expressed an ease although she can be quiet shy at times. I would recommend her to any one who would need some one to help sell or buy a home. When some thing good happens you tell your friends when some thing bad happens you tell every one. This review is honest and sincere Andrea is the best experience I've had in a real estate needs. Satisfied customers Gilbert and Angelica Baca

ZillowVERIFIED We have been assisted by Andrea with the purchase of a home and the sale of our other one. Both the purchase and the sale were handled in 30 days, smoothly and professionally. One was in the Fallbrook area and the other in west Murrieta. We are very satisfied with Andrea's professional awareness to all our concerns and questions. She has a calm and quick response to every issue that came along. We never had to wait longer then the next day for any question we had. We would highly recommend Andrea to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning Andrea made us feel confident in her ability to lead us through our home buying process from finding our dream home to the close of escrow. Throughout the whole process she demonstrated not only local knowledge but a knowledge of the real estate market overall, well exceeding our expectations. She not only has the no how, but truly strives to get only the best outcome for her clients. By continuously communicating with every player in the process, she ensured our purchase continued to move forward at every stage. Andrea is always available and is meticulous about every detail. There was special time and effort put into helping us feel comfortable at every stage and we are forever grateful to have found her. Would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer Andrea was patient and understanding of the fact that we didn't have much knowledge of the home buying process besides the online research I had done. She is one of those people that believes there are no stupid questions, she did the best she could to answer our questions or point us in the right direction to get the question answered. Our escrow was stressful (like most peoples) but with Adrea's help and guidance we were able to purchase our very first house and we are happy with the purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea's biggest assets were her responsiveness and her easy-to-work-with personality. I felt like Andrea wanted me to be her tenant. With too many other agents, I felt like I was a bother to them during showings, or that they were not very eager to put me in their house. Andrea wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the house, and was a great liason between us and the owner. We could (and still can!) get in touch with her anytime, any day of the week. She made our search easy and rewarding

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was very helpful and very responsive. I asked to see a home on Friday afternoon and had a scheduled date by Monday Morning and submitted my application without any issues. To this day she has been helpful in providing me with information anytime I need something for the home I am renting. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone I know in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea was incredibly helpful at the beginning after we had finished a headache with a different company and property manager. After moving in, everything changed. We moved to a different state, had never rented a home before and was not given any helpful information about moving in and things we needed to do to get situated. We received no help at all, and the answer to all of my questions were answered back with a txt that said " call maintenance, I am not your property manager." Then who was? We were never given any info on a Property Manager. We finally got help after I spoke my mind and stated how unhappy I was. It felt like after we moved in we were someone else's problem and for 3 weeks we were still trying to get things figured out after moving in. Finally after I told her exactly how I had been feeling she did give me some more information and helped me and I appreciated it but it was too little too late and I would never recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I was looking to move quickly, just my two children and I. I attempted to locate a rental on my own, looking for a rental now is not what it used to be, I quickly began loosing hope of finding a home &n was almost ready to settle for anything I could find. Desperate, I contacted Andrea Lynn on Facebook. She is a well known Realtor in the area and I remembered her because of her wonderful appearance, always positive posts & posts of local rentals. Hesitant, I asked her if it was possible for her to please help me find a home and wow was I wrong about Realtors!! Andrea was AMAZING! She not only found my children and I the perfect home and meet my every wish, want and needs in every aspect, it was the perfect size, offered all of the amenities I could have wanted, perfect location and she even knew what local schools there were and the ratings which was a very important factor for me. She was also phenomenal at the closing negotiations and got me the home for a better deal then I thought I would ever bargain for! My children are ecstatic and scream with excitement every time we are on our way to our new home! I am so thankful and just want to let anyone shopping homes either for sale or for rent know that Andrea IS the Realtor for you, I would recommend her to ANYONE & EVERYONE looking to buy, rent, sell or even assistance with locating a tenant. She is well connected in this field and area and will not give up or stop until you have found the perfect home and are 110% satisfied! Thank you so much Andrea again and again! My family and I are looking forward to a long prosperous time in our wonderful new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Andrea Lynn is a wonderful Realtor. I have never personally worked with her on a purchase of home, but she has always been very responsive with my requests for market data and she even compiled a market analysis of my home. She is always easily available when I have questions regarding houses and the housing market and her information is always honest and accurate. She does not tell me what I want to hear because she is only interested in selling my home, but her advice to me has always been in my best interests. I would highly recommend Andrea Lynn for your real estate needs. She knows the business, she knows her markets and she has great integrity. She is a real professional with great charisma and she is just a really fun person to have working for you.VQ
