I have sold 5 to 6 houses over the last 20 years and I have to say that Sky is one of the finest real estate agents I have worked with. He is confident in his knowledge and experience toward the effort and process needed for a successful sale. He has a keen eye to detail and took his time addressing all the questions and concerns we had about the selling of our house. With Skys help, we listed our house on the Bastrop real estate market a few days before the 2020 Covid 19 Virus lockdown. Sky was exceptional in recommending professional staging suggestions to best showcase our house to the public. He and his experienced photographer put extra detail toward our photographs to accurately display the true potential of our home. Just days after the debut of our internet listing, we had an offer we couldnt pass up. Skys attention to detail was helpful and reassuring as we progressed through the many safety restrictions on the businesses we needed to use to complete the escrow process. Sky was instrumental in guiding us through this process so we could close on our home by the sellers desired date. He was always one step ahead on the different aspects for selling our house and kept us updated with the progress. Because of his professionalism working with others, we were able to have the appraisal and inspection completed without any issues or delays.
