My husband and I recently worked with Jason to purchase our first home. He was recommended to us via a trusted friend who is also in real estate, and we are so happy with how everything worked out.Jason is a native to the area, which was very important to us. He grew up in the East Bay, and is extremely well-connected and knowledgable about the area. And most importantly, his easy-going and friendly personality makes him a pleasure to work. Being first-time home buyers, we were in constant communication with him throughout the process, and he was always eager to jump on a call to clarify legal jargon or to return a late-night text.He ultimately helped us find and close on the perfect first home (well within our budget), offering valuable advice along the way. Jason even checks in after the fact, referring us to his network of painters and handymen, and his favorite pizza spots when we send him a weekend text looking for somewhere to grab a quick bite.I highly recommend working with Jason, and we plan to contact him when we're ready for our next home!

Buying a home can be an intimidating & overwhelming process aEUR" especially in the Bay Area aEUR" but Jasons strong market knowledge, prompt attention to our questions, and overall care put us at complete ease. When we first moved to the area from Indiana, Jason spent a lot of time helping us find the perfect house by giving us great supporting information each of on the local communities and walking through each property with us, pointing out important details about the homes. Then, when it came time to put in an offer, Jason walked us through the details and nuance about the market, and also took a lot of time to answer our questions about the paperwork. And even after our offer was accepted, Jason kept in close contact throughout the closing process, helping provide contacts to make repairs from the inspection, and making sure we were always informed. I highly recommend Jason and will surely work with him again if the opportunity presents!
