Simply put, there is not a better agent than Sue Holland!!!! When my wife and I decided to sale and buy we needed guidance, as matter of fact we needed a lot of guidance. I contacted Sue and she was at our house the next day with an information packet detailing what she believed was the best plan of action to get our house sold. The thing that stood out the most to me that evening was her sincere desire to hear us and then develop a marketing strategy and plan that worked wonderfully. This was only possible due to her vast knowledge of the current housing market and her commitment to us. She kept us informed through constant communication, gave us great staging ideas (even bringing in a professional stager to give pointers before the pictures were taken), and she encouraged us daily. The buying process showed even more of her genuine care for her clients. She knew what we wanted and only brought those type houses to the table, which I appreciated. She tirelessly looked at houses with us until we found not only a house, but we found our new HOME.
