?We cannot recommend BreAnn highly enough! This was our second time working with her. Our first time selling a property. Once again, she delivered exceptional service. From setting the right price strategy to negotiating seamlessly through closing, her expertise and guidance were invaluable. She is always available for questions and if she doesn't have the answer she finds it quickly. If you want a dedicated, professional real estate agent who truly goes above and beyond, work with BreAnn! Thank you Bre!

Jess was absolutely amazing to work with. My husband and I were first time buyers and the process if pretty daunting, however Jess talked us through every step. Early on in our search we found a home we fell in love with, Jess was able to get us in to tour before the open house. We put an offer in not expecting to get the house as we knew it was loved by many, but with Jess knowledge she helped us make a competitive offer that was accepted! Not only was Jess helpful in the offer aspect, she helped point issues out in other houses we toured, was super responsive, calmed our anxiety when we were still waiting for final approval to close (a day before closing), and even went to a mold inspection for us that we couldnt make due to a vacation. Jess went absolutely above and beyond in everything she did during our buying process. I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone!

As first time buyers, we could not have been more pleased with BreAnn as our agent! She put us at ease, welcoming and addressing every question and concern. She was there every step of the way, steering us away from things to look out for and readily available to reach out to with questions big or small. She also has great connections with lenders and inspectors, who were also incredible to work with. Absolutely 5 stars!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tammy Grassi. Purchasing my first home was such a huge milestone in my life, and having Tammy by my side throughout the entire process made it so much more special and so much less overwhelming. From the very beginning, Tammy was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for me. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she was always there to answer my questions, explain things, and help me through every step of the process. Buying your first home can be scary, but Tammy made me feel like I wasnt doing it alone. She went above and beyond what I ever could have expected from a realtor, and I will always be grateful for the time, effort, and heart she put into helping me make this dream a reality. I am so thankful that I chose Tammy to help me purchase my first home. I didnt just gain an amazing realtor. I also gained someone who truly cared about me and wanted to see me happy in my new home. If you are looking for a realtor who will treat you like family, listen to you, work incredibly hard for you, and genuinely have your best interests at heart, I cannot recommend Tammy Grassi enough. Thank you, Tammy, for helping me turn the dream of owning my first home into a reality. I will always appreciate everything you did for me!

Jessica sold us our home in Pittsburgh almost 13 years. During that home search, she was knowledgeable about Pittsburgh and all its neighborhoods. Because that experience was so positive, she was our obvious choice to list the same house, as we got ready to downsize. The listing she created showed the best features of our home and it was under contract in less than a week. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone looking to buy or list their home. We will miss our Brighton Heights neighborhood and Jessica!
